About Us
Our Mission

We will advocate for health care professionals by being a strong presence at the Montana state legislature, developing relationships with lawmakers and offering our expertise as well as testimony on applicable bills. We intend to provide legal advocacy, through our association with the Montana Family Foundation, to protect basic human and civil rights related to preservation of life, the right to bodily integrity, medical freedom, and the ability to engage in unconstrained professional medical decision-making tailored to the needs of the individual person.
We will provide education on truthful, balanced, medically sound, research-based information on the prevention and treatment of common medical conditions that affect health, quality of life and longevity. We will encourage the sharing of information and healthy discussion between providers through our website and roundtable discussions in key locations.
We will work to re-establish the patient-provider relationship that may have been damaged over the handling of the Covid crisis.
We will provide networking and community for like-minded health care professionals, coordinating speaker bureaus for educational services and/or testimony, and retain a panel of expert witnesses for litigation purposes.

Three Pillars Of Focus

MEDICAL FREEDOM / BODILY AUTONOMY
We believe in individual rights guaranteed by our US Constitution and Bill of Rights. Therefore, unelected governmental institutions, such as Public Health (HHS) cannot institute and impose laws or mandates, but rather only make recommendations regarding public health matters. Only elected representative governments (local, state, or federal) may establish laws or mandates.
We believe that each individual has the right to personal health care choices, which should be made of free will (without coercion or threat of reprisal), and fully informed (meaning that they understand their diagnosis, recommended treatment or procedure, short-term and long-term risks, benefits, and all alternative options). Each individual must receive full informed consent if the recommended treatment is experimental or authorized for emergency use only and must understand that they are enrolling in human experimentation, and that long-term effects are not known.
We believe that physicians and licensed healthcare practitioners have the right to treat their patients with FDA-approved medications as they see fit, even if they are using that medication in an “off-label” manner. Unelected governmental institutions such as the CDC and FDA, and corporations such as retail pharmacies may not prohibit treatment or interfere with the doctor-patient relationship.
Uphold and protect patient’s privacy–a person shall not be forced to disclose protected health information to his/her employer, human resources personnel, corporate attorney, or any other nameless/faceless committee. This is in direct violation of HIPPA, GINA (Genetic Information Non- Disclosure Act), and ADA regulations.
PROTECTION OF THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH

- Protect the sanctity of life, both the preborn and the end of life.
- Protect minors from the irreparable harms of “gender affirming care.”
- Ban all mRNA shots and gene-therapy shots for all people, but especially children, pregnant women, and women who may become pregnant.
CENSORSHIP IN HEALTHCARE

- There must be no censorship of any reasonable treatment, medication, or intervention. There must be shared decision-making between patient and practitioner. There must be debate and dissent allowed amongst healthcare providers.
